Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Steward Horse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blue Rhino Group, Inc.

2. The Service

Steward Horse is an equestrian management platform operated by Blue Rhino Group, Inc. ("we", "us", "Steward Horse"). The platform allows users to manage horses, track health records, log training and rides, plan trips, coordinate competitions, and collaborate with trainers, veterinarians, and other equestrian professionals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these terms.

4. Your Data

You own the data you enter into Steward Horse. We do not claim ownership of your content. We will not sell your data to third parties. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@steward.horse.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical information. While we implement regular backup procedures, we cannot guarantee against data loss in all circumstances.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using Steward Horse, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Steward Horse for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the service or gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the service to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@steward.horse. Upon account deletion:

  • Your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days
  • You may request an export of your data before deletion
  • Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Rhino Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Steward Horse.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the service and delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
